Hello, my name is Michelle Iacobucci, RCC (#19296) and for over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, youth, and families in school and community settings. Throughout this work, I have learned that real change begins when we feel seen and heard—principles that guide my counselling practice today.

With extensive experience supporting individuals and families, I offer a safe therapeutic space where you can truly feel heard. Our initial meeting is a gentle opportunity for us to connect and for me to understand what brings you to counselling. We will explore your history and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is to create a sense of safety where your nervous system can begin to exhale.

I will guide each session rooted in attachment-based principles and trauma-informed care, helping you repair emotional wounds and foster growth. I am an EMDR therapist integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and expression through play and stories into the work we do together.

Counselling Rates

$140 per 60-minute session. Individual

$180 per 90-minute session. Individual

Payment Details

Payment is accepted via e-transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque.

Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellors. I recommend checking with your specific insurance provider to confirm that RCC services are included in your plan coverage. I will provide detailed receipts for you to submit for

reimbursement. Also check with your EFAP providers. I contract for TELUS Health and Homewood Health.
